Have not been here in FOREVER!  D: I had 200+ deviations waitin for me!  Wow.  Anyway, yes, I am alive.  Lol.

*NOTE: I don't feel neglected; the mood thingy won't change.  

Okay, so lately I've been doing nothing but knitting since I'm out visiting family.  

My current project is a felted bag for school.  It is the most HUMONGOUS thing I've ever done--it's about half the size of a full size bed.  The colors are a dusty pink, a baby pink, magenta, and red, and they go really well together.  I'm hoping to finish it before I head home on Tuesday so I can carry all my crap on the plane in that.  

Other projects/projects in the making:

Socks- I can't switch from knit to purl for my life.  Needless to say, there will be no ribbing on the ankles of MY socks.  

Vest- This is a joint project with my aunt.  We're making it for her father, and when I see her next, we'll sew it together.

Scarf- I have some sport weight yarn (thin yarn) that I want to make a lacey something out of.  Maybe I'll try a pattern for once.  *thinks*  Maybe...

Well, thanks for reading my useless blathering about my obsession with knitting.  

I just realized a few days ago that I haven't updated my journal since what, January??  That's insane.  

Anyway, I've been knitting a lot.  As you can tell.  I've turned out bags like crazy, but then someone wanted a huge one like my produce bag, so I'm slowing down.    It's all good, though.  I like a small challenge every once in a while when it comes to knitting since I'm not that adventurous.

Pins have been another obsession of mine as of late.  I have them covering my produce bag, which I use for school.  It's hugely awesome, in my opinion.  One day I hope someone will recognize it.

Other than that, nothing is new.  Cept me being sad.  *sniff* Not hanging out with anyone much.  That's why I have internet,

I finally got my long awaited tablet! It's so exciting. I've been using it every chance I get--the thing is amazing. While it's harder than I thought it would be to use, I've managed to color a few line art pictures with it (for practice using the tablet) and then did my own original thing. If you can call it that. It's a colored doodle that took me bout half an hour. *worships tablet of doom*

Yeah I'm tired of all the crappy stuff in my gallery. In retrospect, I could have done so much better, but I was just 'ecited to post stuff and ended up posting junk. No matter what, I think I would've scrapped it just because it's older stuff. Hopefully once I get my tablet I won't want to scrap pics--things'll be cleaner.
